I have been with Web.com now for around 10 years. They used to be Interland. They were really great until sometime before Christmas but I seem to have a recurring problem.
They have a "ticket" system and "Web Server Down" creates an alert and normally gets resolved within 30 minutes.
It is going on the 60 minutes now but it is a holiday and they are in Atlanta, so it is early morning there.
When I get back online there is going to be some sorting out with them. They have to isolate the problem and assure me that it won't happen again.
I have to give them a chance to sort it out because migrating is going to be hell of thing. I have around 15 domians with them on a VPS and some of them are 3rd party clients.
Perhaps I'll ask your advice later.
