Just a quick one to see what you guys think of our latest project Polaris Resale Properties .com

Some of it is not finished yet but we are nearly there.

All thoughts and suggestions taken on board.

Hi Richie,

Nice site! It is a little too colourful for me, but not much. Bright colours are good, there are just a few to many different ones for my taste.

Also - I am missing seeing the name of the business whose web site I am on.

But I like the clean, simple and spacious design. It simply does what it says on the tin - great work.

We will be submitting a couple of projects soon as well - so you get to criticize back

Thanks Soren, I am sure there won't be much to criticise - your site designs that I have seen are quite nice as well!

Can't wait to see what you have been up to these last couple of months, must be some big projects on at the moment?

Like I said it still isn't finished, we are still thinking about the header, we were thinking of having it fade in and out with different scenes but still yet to decide.

It is up to the clients what they want, all of the content has come from them it was just fitting it in, in the right places.

Looks like you will need it after the bad news about Kyero.

I can see that the site is mainly devoted to selling Polaris World resales (new stuff as well?) but it is also a MLS with access to all the AlphaShare listings.

Richie, site looks good but white on yellow is not easy to read so would change that. Also you really need some sort of logo in the top left as the site has no "brand" value.

Hi Richie,

i agree with Soren, it has too much going on. i found it hard to focus my eye to read the text.
if you just removed the backgrounds on the various boxes you have while keeping the other colours i think it would look much cleaner and easier to use.

Also, add a logo. i like to know where i am and who i am dealing with.

i think it will be really nice looking when colour is calmed down a bit.

Understand what you saying but it is not my site, designed for someone else and they are happy with it and so am I.

There are still some finishing touches to be done to the site but that will come.

Thanks for everyones views, some I have taken on board, some you can't do anything about. That's the whole point of having reviews so you can tweak things that others might feel need improving or changing to get the most out of the site.
