I am a real estate broker in the US and in Mexico along the border. I use property videos of 5 to 10 minutes in duration for my properties, especially remote properties as I deal a lot in ranches and remote land. This has many benefits. First they are visible from anywhere in the world on the Internet and also I can mail them (and have) in a DVD format to those who don't have Internet. This saves me a lot of time from showing properties that someone with enough information can decide they are not interested after all. Some of my listings are very visually impressive and the video helps to entice potential buyers as well.
With the use of Google Earth flyovers, it is also a very effective way to locate where the property is.
You can see examples of movies for some of my properties on my website at
Sin Fronteras Realty - Realty Without Borders
Although I am a real estate broker, I have a few other professions, including, but not limited to, web design and mutli media production. I capture the content, perform any graphics work, write the script, edit the video, add music soundtracks and even do the narration work all myself. My production company is
NetShaman Productions
Another benefit is that I have created a YOUTUBE channel where I make my property videos available and have obtained incremental eyeballs in this manner.

I also produce similar videos for other brokers and prices are based upon the individual project.
