What are the costs and features of the system? What is the commission earned?
Cheers,

Cheers,
Miguel | Hi Miguel,
I don't think it would be wise to discuss that with you as you are a competitor of Alphashares, just like I would not discuss yours to Alphashare.
I know you are trying to sell your product here and I am sure you have features they do not have and I can almost guarantee the same visa versa.
If you want to find out more about Alphashare, contact Dave Howard for more information.
I don't want to go around upsetting anyone, so best you ask yourself.
Regards,
Richie |

Regards,
Richie | Our team discloses all prices publicly for open scrutiny and non-favoured pricing. I would have thought pricing is an openly discussed issue at least with Alphashare. Does it also seem ethical to Alphashare to charge new clients a commission when a friend is referred, instead of passing on a discount, particularly in the current economic coniditions? Respectfully, I know you are friends with Alphashare, just not sure if your feedback or promotion of Alphashare is objective and independent? For the virtue of transparency, are these notes promoting Alphashare paid adverts or are they commission-based? On the features of Alphashare, we aren't really competitors, given they serve internationally, and our firm is 100% focused on Decreto 218/2005 compliance. The ocassional promotion of our software system, LegalDocumentCheck is comensurate with our contributions on the forum providing invaluable feedback and advice on Decreto 218/2005. Not sure why all the secrecy on the pricing and commissions with Alphashare?
Hope it's okay to ask.
Miguel |

Miguel | Yes, prices are openly public for Alphashare - as I said Miguel if you want to find out more, why don't you contact Alphashare?
As for advertising on the forum, the reason we do a FREE advert for them is because they do our hosting, help us with database problems and other help online when it is urgently needed.
There is no secrets on pricing / commission, I am just not prepared to pass on information to a competitor of theirs (you). I am sure if you want to purchase Alphashare, Dave will be happy to talk to you.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
Regards,
Richie |

Ok. Thanks Richie. Not a problem. Will contact Dave directly to ask pricing and commission structures. There aren't pricing or commission details on their website.
It the real estate forum tied to AlphaShare, then, or is it independent? I had been under the impression that it was independent Is the forum a marketing tool for AlphaShare and hence they are involved with it?
Kind regards,
Miguel

| (only just seen this post reply due to another thread with a link to this old thread)
Miguel, you dont leave things do you?
Have a look at whois.sc, type in alphashare .com and spanishrealestateforum .com - you can see the two owners are 1) Dave Howard of Alphashare for his website 2) Richie Aubin for spanish real estate forum.
We are not tied in anyway what so ever, not in business, not in any sense.
Like I have said, they host the forum - they help us with database problems (which there has been a lot of and without them this forum would not be standing today), and other problems we have.
In any case, it is none of your business anyway.
Are you in business with your host company? Are you the marketing tool for your host company? No, thought not.
We help each other out when someone needs it, like many webmasters that have formed friendships through working in the same industry.
If I was the marketing tool for Alphashare, do you think I would let you, EA pro, costa sales and other management tool providers use and promote your products? |

With all respect, the enquiries I have presented have originated from the openness with which you have advertised Alphashare on the forum, and the closed responses I received when I sought details on pricing. Given both responses, already mentioned earlier, I sought a clarification and nothing more. The disclosure and transparency I requested was found helpful by other persons as commented via other entries and correspondence.
Transparency is a good thing
Kind regards,
Miguel |
