I am getting on with the article. The problem is that I have a rental agency as well and Easter is always busy.
On Emma's site I liked the article on eco-freindly building. The writer is living in a railway carriage and building a house out of earth-bags - interesting reading!
Emma - I see that you have an article section on your site. It's a bit sparse right now.
I have written a number of article about "Spanish Real Estate and Tourism". Anyone can reproduce them as long as acreditation rights are observed (there is a link on the page explaining this).
If you would like any particular article adapted for you I'll do that as well.

Oops - I missed it. There are lots more articles under <Blog>.
The one about building on rural land in Spain is very interesting.
I think that the point about the land having to economically support those living in the building is quite important as I have heard it mentioned many times over the years.
In fact it emerged again quite recently. This was one of the reasons provided by the Junta de Andalusia for the demolition in Vera (Almeria) early this year.
Quoting from The Regional Government Report to the European Parliment (my translation) about the court ruling " . . declared the license invalid because it demonstrated the existence of a urban nucleus on land classified as not for urbanisation, having also been shown that the house was not designated for agricultural or similar purposes as specified by the law applicable to land not for urbanisation."
I would like to comment on the article. You invite comments but the link to register does not work.

Most of my sites have been down since early this morning. This is the 3/4th time this year and I'm getting fed up with it, I'm not getting any mail either.
