Shocked me this morning when I got up and turned the computer on! but it does look better, I will sort out the templates today to make sure everything fits as there are still a couple of little errors that need sorting out.

Default May I make a suggestion?

I think it would help if you could set out the advertising fees in a post.

It is obvious that advertisers have to buy credits and I think I can see that these are €1.00 each.
Do they cost the same however thay are bought?
How many credits for a months advertising?
Do all categories cost the same?
Are there discounts for long term i.e. 6 months, 12 months etc? For multi ads?
If an advertiser paid for 12 months, could the ad be changed during that time?

What does the premium upgrade entail?

Like I said in my email, we would prefer if people do not buy them yet, you all have 3 credits each. I said to you that I am only doing 1 week and 1 month on the free ads as I only finished installing it 4am this morning! and I don't know where I am going with it yet - I might decide to do it completely free for members and forget about charging, however, having a small charge like a euro will stop all the spam ads, and people signing up just to use the classifieds.

I very much doubt I will do 6 month / 12 month ads, I hope (and members hope!) that properties are going to sell a hell of a lot quicker than that!

The point of the classifieds is to keep people coming back, having a 12 month ad doesn't exactly encourage people to come back.

I like the idea of community based advertising and keeping it between people that value using this site and want to interact with others.

But again, anything can happen!

Thanks. I´m sure I will get used to the new look although at the moment feel a little lost.

Hi Toni,

Your email is the same, the reason you are not receiving the emails is because it looks like you have requested not to receive any emails from admin anymore (you used to).

Lots of agents seem to have done that and will miss out on any offers that are going on with the forum and partners.

I have just looked at other members that I have been sending property enquiries to from the forum, they have turned off the option to receive emails so I have been sending these to no one!

What as waste of 20+ leads!!!!

Oh, well....

I will turn on the admin emails inside your account so you receive them in the future.
