Because of all the leads that we receive and send out to people, and you guys that have clients that you are trying to find properties for, what do you think to the idea of having a private forum which is password protected to post leads on for you guys to contact and share your clients needs with other agents?

You do not have to put client details on this, only I will post details of clients once I have asked their permission first?

You will be able to then post threads of clients you have and what they are looking for, then all members know where to go?

Sound good?

Nothing to lose, and only forum members will have access to this information?

Let us know your thoughts before we decide to add one or not.

It will also stop me having to email members (one seems pretty upset because I emailed him a lead

) and if you want to find leads for nothing and find properties from other members - you will be able to do it freely with a password to the secret forum which will be provided to you in one LAST email.

Sound good?
