My company have sold 140 units in the past two years in the Medina Elvira Golf & Country Club in Granada. Now that many apartments are coming near to completion we have a number of resales becoming available, many of which will be completed in November and being sold up to 20% below developers current prices. Many have up to 10 years rental guarantee and the possibility of 100% mortgages.

Would it be possible to start a Medina Elvira section so that agents know where to look for these Resales.

My apologies; I misunderstood I was suggesting a section where agents could share availability of product.

Right ok, there are dozens of other sections that you can use, but I will look into other sections of where we could put something like that for you guys to post.

For the Forum to be successful it has to be informative and help each of us in our daily lives and in particular with our work. We all may be in the same industry but for sure we all have our 'niche' which works for us. We must avoid posting purely for personal gain and try to 'add back' something which may help others. In this way the forum becomes more interesting and not just an extension to the 'Classified Ads' section of the local newspaper! Don't be afraid to share your ideas or experiences - if it works for you on the Blanca it may work for a colleague in CDS. In this way we can all become stronger as an industry.

May I ask if this forum is for the general public as well as for agents ?. Would it be an Idea to have a section purely for the trade to log into ? Just a thought.

I think it is just for agents to help each other and get ideas hope to sell more properties which everyone is trying to do!

Webmaster did put in a private section which obviously has not been used yet so there is a section for them to add notes of properties and areas that they are looking for.

But the forum is only as good as the people that are using it and at the moment no one has been using it.

It has been great for us, I looked at the links for our site in google yesterday and we have 19 or 20 mostly pointing from this site...
