Since January 2008 we suspended membership fees so agents could list their properties for free on the amlaspain MLS website.

Free membership still applies until January when we will start charging again.

There will be an existing members discount available to all members who have registered before 1st January 2009.

If you would like to register for free, try the site out for a couple of months AND qualify for the members discount when we start charging again just follow the link in the signature.

Monthly fees will still be kept to a minimum. I expect we will be charging around 40-45 Euros a month for new members and hopefully around 25-30 a month if you qualify for the existing members discount.

We have just undergone a major technical rewrite to increase our website exposure. It is just starting to show in results on Google.

Try some long tail searches for your area. By that I mean things like 'Resale apartments in benidorm Alicante'

These longer tail searches provide a lot more traffic by their shear volume than the conventional keywords(we dont do too bad for these as well)
