• Be it because of its fame as the favourite's summer holiday resort for the European Jet set or corruption scandals everyone knows Marbella. Regardless of the unprecedented wave of bad publicity during recent times, the city continues and will continue to be what it is: The Mediterranean hot spot for summer holidays and a place where exclusivity, tranquillity and nature abound the year round.
• In practical terms you will find in Marbella and its surroundings an area that provides you with a combination of features that have made of it something special that won't change in the years to come. The simple fact is that there is no place along the Mediterranean coast where to find a place where weather, geography and infrastructure combine to such wonderful terms.

• Within this frame, we are trying to provide here with a piece of information that not many critics are ready to give: How is Marbella geographically placed so as to invest your money in this area on a format that combines pleasure with financial safety.
• Marbella can be split in many areas but let's say for simplicity reasons that you can see mainly four:

Puerto Banus and Sierra Blanca
• Marbella in all is wonderful and we love it. However we decided to establish ourselves as specialist East of the city for a reason: We can feel and see the potential of the area more than anywhere else:
• Firstly, it is closer to Malaga Airport which is the third busiest airport in Spain with European and Worldwide connections. A 15' to 25' drive along coastal road or toll paid highway will be enough to get to your house be it in Cabopino or Rio Real. By enjoying your property East of Marbella you will have an easy access to the remaining hot spots of the city (Puerto Banus, City centre, Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca) whilst being close to your exit point.
• Secondly, East of Marbella you will find the largest extension of forests and green areas in Costa del Sol, something that combined with the best golden sand beaches make of it an incredible destination to have your second residence. Excellent services, restaurants and facilities will bring you anything you will need at your doorstep.
Thirdly, the residential area, developments and villas are generally gorgeous. Modern construction and wonderful green areas combine perfectly well. Only check with the Ayuntamiento for the legality of the construction permits something that in any case you need to do anywhere in Spain.

Rio Real
• Fourth, you will have at hand an incredible number of facilities like golf courses, tennis and rugby clubs, marinas (Cabopino, Benalmadena or even Marbella's port), even international schools, Marbella's hospital and shopping Centre (La Canada) or hotels of any category. In a word anything you might need for a holiday or a life in a country that is not yours.
• Finally, Mijas Costa, Mijas, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and even Torremolinos and Malaga are closer than anywhere else in Marbella. This is so important. Most of the British population in Costa del Sol live either in Mijas or Benalmadena districts and having a vibrant city like Malaga at short distance will prevent you from any attack of civilization or nostalgia that you might have.
• These are the main reasons to buy a property East of Marbella. The remaining, namely appreciate the beauty of the place and construction we leave it to your pleasure.
