Hi everyone and happy New Year!
My name is Lisa and this is my first post! I live near Comares, which is inland, East of Malaga and I established Andalucian Rural Estates with my Spanish business partner (Pedro) in 2004. We normally just sell properties within a small area within a 30minute radious of our homes although we do get requested to go further afield on occassions! The main towns / villages here are Colmenar, Comares and Riogordo. It's a beautiful area, just 30minutes from the coast, 45minutes from Malaga and pretty much unspoilt!

we are based on the coast, there seems to be lots for sale and not many buyers, is that the same for you?

I am currently trying to establish what buyers are looking for, I am hoping to remove some frustration received by buyers, seller and agents and share all knowledge to benefit everyone.
