Hello barsinspain - is business good for you at the moment? There must be a good market for commercial properties, we only have one or two companies where we are that specialize in bars, restaurants and commercial units where everyone goes to even the normal agents sending their clients to them.

They have the whole of the market and everyone knows them so breaking into that market is not as easy as it sounds, they seem to know every single bar and restaurant in the area, they know straight away when units go on the market and deal a lot with the Spanish as well.

Hi Guys,

Business is steady but to be honest it starts slowing down now as most owners decide to keep their bars for the summer and most buyers will already be in for the summer so catch 22 i'm afraid.

In answer to any spamming thoughts, since joining this site, i have changed jobs and i am now in business development so where as this started as a get away from my work for five minutes, i now feel that this is a good business developer for us. After reading webmasters comments on more members, i feel that the only way we can do this together is to start using the site to it's full potential and adding interesting articles, thoughts and info so that we can all benefit!

Although €100 is a few beers in the sun!!!!!

Hello and welcome to the Spanish Real Estate Forum barsinspain.com - yes it is bloody quiet but it will pick up, it always does. Just have to wait for a couple of weeks for people to forget the stupid press that is going round in the UK.

In response to getting people on hear - I must have e-mailed thousands of people / companies, but very little interest at the moment, most do not understand how to promote a website and have very little knowledge about business and how to create it.

yes, please do add articles and write ups to the forum, but please do not duplicate the same articles in different sections.

At last we have a proper writer on board !

I can get carried away and sometimes feel that articles can be really useful in several areas (not to try and get the â‚¬100 before anyone asks). I will use articles in one area from now on.
