Thanks for that Matthew but now the obvious next question -

Can VBSEO be installed on any site?

I suppose that I should really Google a bit myself to find out.

EDITED: There we go, I found it quickly. vBSEO provides a sitemap facility specially for vBulletin Forums.
I am still in doubt about whether TrackBacks, PingBacks and RefBacks have anything to do with vBSEO.
