Hi my name is Marta and I have a Real Estate Agency in Alfaz del Pi, which is close to Albir and Benidorm.

We have many properties for sale under market value and also offer many different types of mortgages.

We believe that, although there has been a lot of publicity regarding property slumps, this area has not been hit too badly. We still have a lot of movement in the property market and prices seem to be stablising.
