Hi all,

I hope by joining this forum I can make some good new contacts and help people looking for advice and property in my area - as well as take the opportunity to gain additional knowledge to help my company move forward in the professional and moral way we have been trying to maintain since we started here in 2003.

The company is Spanish Residence - we have two offices with the main office based in Calasparra Murcia - where I also live. We are mainly Internet based, and usually sell "lifestyle" rather than holiday homes due to the location (approx 1 hour inland from the coast).

We pride ourselves on service and do not offer stereotypical "inspection trips" but like any other business need to make sales in order to survive in this very difficult marketplace.

I would welcome any comments from any member and as this is very new to me please forgive any errors now!!
