Good luck with your other countries Spanishproperty. I have dabbled in it myself and it´s been OK. The problem for me is I am a control freak and handing over my clients to an agent in another country worries me!!! I swear I nearly had a heart attack with a Bulgarian agent. Also you have to hope your company name is not tarnished by the associate agent overseas.
Having decided my nerves couldn´t take it, I had the good fortune to get into a nice partnership with Spanish financial guy who is great with mortgages and also offers me loads of Bank repos´ all over Spain. It has given rise to the auction idea and things have really built up momentum. (Probably another heart attack on the way
