Greetings,
I have a person who has just sold their property (waiting to complete) and they are looking to buy another.
3 bedrooms, maybe 4
Between Mijas in the west, Nerja in the east and Vinuela no further north because it's too cold in the winter.
Price: No more than 300,000€
The people don't mind a bit of renovation as long as they can live there while it's done. No need for a pool but a garden would be nice or even a little plot of land.

If anyone has anything to fit this bill then i will be happy to put you in touch with these people.

Done it! Bought for less than he sold in the village. He got a great deal of German Inmobiliaria just to the east of Malaga.
