I believe we have some buyers agents here but they are called property finders.
It makes a lot of sense to have an experienced impartial agent working on your behalf.
I am assuming your fees are included in the selling agents fees as they are here. is this correct?
we are starting a property finder service for those buyers who need some expert advice in kickstarting their search or just don't have the time to research it all themselves while not wanting to commit to one agent who is looking after the sellers interest, as you rightly say on your website ' Obviously, the agent cannot represent the Buyer’s interests fully, while also representing the seller. '
