Hi

I am looking to sell my newly built apartment nr Marbella. The area is absolutely stunning. It is a 2 bed 2 bath jucuzzi bath in master bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen. Excellent views. Owner enjoys and benefits from membership of clubhouse, 9 hole golf, jacuzzi, gym and sauna. Tennis courts on site and swimming pools. Wrap around terraces. 2 wide berth car spaces (allocated) and a storage room. I need a quick sale due to family circumstances. Does anyone know of a good agent that is pro active and can market it successfully. Sue

Hi Sue,
Welcome to the forum, i think you need a good agent that can market it properly through all the necessary channels, i think good web exposure would be the first step to make and you should use an agent that can do this for you.
It's all down to pricing it right as there are buyers out there just waiting for the deals.
