a few words about our company!
Jade Emlak it's situated in Turkey (Antalya). At the moment, the company has 2 affiliates, but till the end of the year we will open another affiliates (one in Lara and another one in other region of Antalya).

After checking your forum, i've noticed many usefull information and wise people! It's nice to activate here

Hi Jade,

welcome to the forum.
Do you have any regulations such as the current "hot topic" of decree 218 in Turkey?

Decree 218 is where estate agents must have all valid recent documention for properties they are selling.

it would be interesting to know which other countries have these strict regulations.
