ha ha, no one ever trusts a true bargain.
Cave houses are cool, we stayed in a cave hotel in Baza. it had hot baths and a lovely 3 bedroom cave house.
Completely unique and amazing experience.

we immediately wanted to buy one but then reality kicked back in with the thought of 'we have a live established on the coast and there are not any cave houses there'.
so maybe in the future for a rental investment..

Cave houses are cool, we are about to start pushing them as price point is competitive and it is an antidote to a lot of the usual offerings. 10000 euros - now that is a bargain.

I may have read it wrong Nigel but I think Richie means there's a mortgage of 27.5k so you just need 10k cash. not the property is just 10k. I could be talking nonsense of course.
