Some of you will know about this website, but thought I would share it with you all anyway.

A new site called www.properazzi.com is a property portal similar to kyero.com however it is completely Free!! Yep thats Free!

The manke use of the site your property listings or database simply need to be exported via XML.

Properazzi is certainly an interesting and very brave proposal, it is important to know though that properties donâ€™t actually reside in their database, just a brief listing / description and photo which link through to the full property details on your website or portal where your properties are found, to appear on Properazzi you must have a platform where your properties are already visible.

In reality and in contrary to what is said above Properazzi is very unlike Kyero, the idea is similar to that of google / googlebase, trulia and other vertical search engines. Properazzi have robots trawling the net which pick up information directly from websites and xml feeds and this is then listed on their site.

If you want a free platform to showcase your properties, which is starting to do well in a very broad range of google searches (town and villages) and which can provide an export compatible with the mentioned Properazzi (and other portals) then try the free for all TheBigMover.com.

@matttbm. Sorry if I were to mislead.. All I was trying to achieve is make people aware that this new company are able to display properties free of charge. You are correct in the fact that they are technically different from kyero, however the principle to the end user is the same. That people can search through a vast amount of property worldwide now and contact agents direct. :-)

Hi Guys,

Dont forget us at Costasales.com, we don't just take properties on the Costas now but can take your listings for any province of Spain. We add the provinces in as required.

You can also add your listings via a suitable xml feed

If you register now we are TOTALLY FREE FOR ONE YEAR.

We may be new but we are growing and already have over 8,000 listings.

Where else do you get your properties shown on a portal in your own mini website with your own banner,logo and colour scheme.

Hi all,

Yes indeed, as Matt correctly stated, Properazzi aggregates listings from tens of thousands of estate agencies and property portals, and is therefore similar to Trulia.com etc. As a free service, it provides extra exposure to property listings displayed by estate agents and property portals on their websites. The only thing one needs to have is a website where properties are already displayed.

There's quite a few free services popping up so listing the actual properties is something we believe should be free. Advertising and other premium services are something estate agents can opt to add on top of that.

I'd be very interested in hearing from anyone on this forum how we could make Properazzi even more useful and relevant to estate agents.
