Bank repossessions Costa del Sol / Costa Blanca - Spanish Real Estate forum - Spanish property

The Resale Centre are now able to offer clients bank repossession properties on the Costa Blanca (still only a small amount) and on the Costa del Sol.

We have agreements with various banks to promote their repossessed properties in Spain - some of which are absolute bargains and won't be around for long.

Our website will be updated by tomorrow morning with all bank repossessed properties on offer.

Now we have added a page with all the bank repossession properties and distressed sales on the Costa del Sol - these properties will be updated on a daily basis.

Colin, the properties are already on alphashare so you already have them.

However, we only have properties in the Costa Blanca south.

Search by reference in Alphashare "RSC-" will bring up all of the properties, at the moment we don't have many, we have been offered more but are no good as the mortgages were too big and the bank is trying to recoup too much.

But we expect more and more to arrive as the year moves on.
