Hi Ashley,

It is a nice site, if i were you i would remove or put in a less prominent place the fact that you are in the Isle of Wight. I have nothing against the Isle of Wight but it would make me think twice about the support you could offer when you are not local to the properties you have on offer.
unfortunately users form an opinion within a few seconds, it is best not to give them a reason to doubt you and your ability to work on their behalf.

Your FAQ section is quite confusing also, it looks like it belongs on the costa sales site and not yours.
I am sure you could use this for your own users as they most likely have various questions you could answer.
