Suggestion for a Ladies Section - Spanish Real Estate forum - Spanish property

The forum looks quite interesting but I think that you should have a "Ladies Only" section, where girls can chat together - and men are banned!

Actually that was a bit out of order, so I apologise to ToniW, Sanchia and any other lady members.
And seriously, you girls should have your own section. It might also be an idea to ban men from posting or commenting. That could be interesting - I wonder what Richie thinks.
The whole idea could be quite intriguing. Girls could say whatever they liked and men would not be able to comment or answer back. Meanwhile, the men could see every word.
Perhaps you girls could get Google to join - she's a lady!

so is this your underhand way of finding out wat us women natter about? you men always intrigued by the oposite sex eh! well believe me, it wouldn´t be anything you would understand or be he least bit interested in! (mind you having said all that, I´m not one of those chatty types anyway, more the silent & dangerous, except after a few beers of course!)
ps google wouldn´t be welcome, not unless he sorted his act out and gave me Nº1 position for all my keywords!

Toni - please don't take too much notice of Homefinder. I have know him for years and he has always been like that, quite harmless really.
Take my advice though and don't have anything to do with the "Ladies Only ". I would not be seen dead there with all those blokes breathing down my neck.

Sorry but I think you are wrong about Google, she is definitely a woman.
I would say that she is a Margaret Thatcher type. She only has to wag her finger to get all those men hanging on her every word.

I am getting to know Homefinder and I don´t take too much seriously anyways, but thanks for the support. Its good to hear some support for google, she can be a woman if its for good reaons and I like that one, you need to add it to the poll in the SPREF.

Can I please put the record straight about Homefinder. I admire all women, especially those in business and politics - especially the tough and confident ones.
Margaret Thatcher was my hero and I am totally devastated that Hillary Clinton has had to stand down.

Having said that, I relly do enjoy a good-natured wind-up - especially the brilliant stuff that you girls come back with.
I have to explain: Sanchia and I have know each other for many years. I find her lots of properties for her villa holiday rentals in Costa Blanca and look after her clients when they arrive.
She knows that I moderate this forum and I suspect the her suggestion for a ladies section was really a wind-up -

Looking back over the whole thread I would say that you girls are slightly ahead but then you have got me outnumbered 2:1

anyway, we have nothing to hide, i don't think we are the type to talk of make up etc...
Homefinder, why not start a poll - i for 1 will answer everything truthfully (as long as it is not too personal).

Actually I just noticed that this forum has 13 active members of which 7 are women.
Emma - Perhaps perhaps you would like to introduce yourself and become an active member as well - then I won't have to worry out you sneaking up on me from out of cyberspace! Then it will be 8:13.

Actually this thread is only a leg-pull, started by Sanchia but Emma's suggestion is quite interesting. She mentioned a poll but what actually should it be about?
I am thinking that we should try to decide what are the 3 most important qualities for "a woman in business, administration or politics." Should we put it like that or simply "a working girl"?

Who will set it up? Should it be one of you girls or Homefinder?

Be warned: Men will be voting and telling you want they think. We have seen that you can dish it out but can you take it?
