Hello Everyone

My name is Colin and I have lived in Moraira now for around 10 years.
I had the "Toppers Chippy" in the European Shopping Centre for 7 years but now I run L'Almacera Restaurant in Teulada with my partner Elaine.
I have a City & Guilds as a chef and learned to cook in the Army - Don't laugh, soldiers are very particular about their food and standards are high!
L'Almacera is an extremely interesting project for me. My "Taste of the World" menu gives diners a rare opportunity to sample international cusine without being tied to the style of a particular restaurant.

We have been to your lovely restaurant and had a super meal. I love the building its so old and interesting.Its almost like being in a very old English pub. Hope all works out well for you.
