Hi all, I am one of the tag alongs from SREF and am working for a Valencia estate agent, although I would hope to be a part of this forum as myself, an expat living a great life in Valencia. Look forward to sharing some fun and useful information with others alike.

Welcome to the Costa Blanca Forum.
I noticed that you looked at Smiley's article on Guadalest. I saw a great one published by you about Valencia. How about republishing it here? It is just the kind of thing that our members will be looking for - when we get some members

Don't forget to start the title "ARTICLE: . . ." and just one pic please.

Your origional article - Moraira-Info.com/Articles: Valencia is Booming
You should not simply copy and past the article into a post as Google frowns on duplications.
Option 1 would be to write a post summarising that article, possible with a little more info, and refer to it (as I have done) with optimised anchor text. That would be the easy way in this case as the article is already published.
This is good because the Moraira-Info article links to your site.
Option 2 would be to have an article section on your site, write the article there and summarise it here and in other places with the corresponding link. e.g.
"Read the full article: (SpainandProperty.com/Articles: Valencia is Booming)" - The text in "()" is the anchor text providing "spain,property,article(s),Valencia"

I would also include links to other high profile sites (such as the Generalitat Valenciana, Wikipedia etc.) - good relevant content!

NB: Google(Web) have placed the article at No 1 of 65,800 for "valencia is booming".
Your site figures here and the Google(UK). It is all down to getting links and gaining exposure.
