My name is Richie, based on the Costa Blanca south - well, Torrevieja for my sins!

Thanks for that! I have made you thread sticky, along with mine so that they stay on top. It might be an idea to add "Forum Administrator:" and "Forum Moderator:" to the respective titles so that new members know who we are.
