Homefinder, as for the Spain and Property thing, how can I answer without self promoting!?

Self-promotion is only permitted once and that is in an "Introduce Yourself" post. The idea here is that, if anyone is particularly interested in a member, they can look here to see as much or as little that the member feels inclined to reveal.
Everyone may promote themselves via their signature and this appears at the bottom of every post.
The description part of ToniW's signature is excellent except for the typo which appears due to a keyboard incompatibility - ToniW should change this.
ToniW's anchor text reads "Valencia Property". This is really for search engines but should look OK for people as well. Better to use something like this -
SpainandProperty.com | The Valencia estate agent. Property for sale in the City of Valencia.
Self-promotion when posting is not permitted nor is the use of self-promoting URLs. The only exception to this is if the use of the s-p URL is required to enhance the topic of the post.
For example: If ToniW was reviewing generally estate agents in Valencia then a reference to ToniW's company could be included.
Likewise: If ToniW was writing about a particular feature of Valencia (e.g. Formula 1) then a URL to a page on ToniW's website further enhancing that topic would be permitted.
