Tour Bus of Valencia - Spanish Real Estate forum - Spanish property

If anyone is planning a trip to the City of Valencia I would strongly recommend using the Tour Bus. It is 8€ for a 24hr ticket, so you can get on and off throughout the day, it is the best way to see everything in a short time, especially if only on a flying visit. If you are around for a bit longer it also gives you a quick run through of the places you can then go back and visit on another day in more depth! There is a commentry via head phones in several languages which is very interesting, one member of my family loves to go on it everytime he visits, and I must admit I have been 3 times now, and I live here!

I would never have gone on a tour bus back in UK, always thought them a waste of time and money, I will definately make them my first stop from now on whenever visiting cities in Spain.

HI ToniW and Homefinder,

I am writing an article about how certain acvities can influence buyer behaviour.
last week i wrote about 'Can golf can influence buyer behaviour?' and this week i wrote about 'Can sailing can influence buyer behaviour?'

The reason i am sharing this with you as i came across some information while researching the sailing article that could be a good selling point for Valencia.
"Valencia was selected to host the America’s cup in 2007 and then again for 2008."
When is it?
I could write something specifically about Valencia in context with what will happen during the America's cup time.

Thanks for your input to the Costa Blanca Forum.
ToniW certainly knows all about Valencia. Apart from the sailing there is also Formula 1 racing on a track through the city streets.
When you write about this please post in the correct section.

I "am your man" so to speak! about the Americas Cup and the Formual 1, I live 10 minutes from them both! got very heavily into the sailing, although never really interested before (and i come from a sailing town, que venguenca!) and the same is happening with the formula 1, (although i must admit the Alonso/Hamilton sarga got my interest going last year) I actually drive on the race track every day going too and from work!

oh yes the tour bus...

It can be caught from the Plaza de la Reina, they run regularly throughout the day, no need to book, pay on the bus. They give you a map which shows the route and where you are able to get off and on etc, and a set of headphones for the audio. Homefinder, as for the Spain and Property thing, how can I answer without self promoting!?
