Default New Law for Costa Blanca Real Estate
I have heard that the Valencia Government are studying a new law for Costa Blanca real estate like the Decreto 218 in Andalucia.
Does anyone know about this?

We have been advised that something will be coming in but exact details havenīt yet been released I donīt think (atleast not to us yet).

I think that it is inevitable. Miguel said something about there being a European directive about it in the Spanish Real Estate Forum and we already know that Andalucia (Decree 218) and the UK (HIP's) have done something.

MIGUEL - Do you know anything about this?
