Reading all of the 'doom & gloom' concerning the current state of the Spanish property market I am amazed that I am not inundated with enquiries from agents who want to sell our project in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada and earn a cool 8% in the process...
Either no one is reading the forum or you guys are still living off the good old days pre 2004!

Hi, thanks for contacting me. I am always interested in collaboration agreements. My business is currently focused on Egypt, Brazil and Italy but we have a substantial portfolio of Spanish property and a new BMV section which is doing very well. Tell me a little more about what you are doing now and how you feel that we could work together?
