Did any of you catch the Richard and Judy show on Channel 4 yesterday?

If you didnÂ´t you didnÂ´t miss much, only more bad publicity about the land grab laws in the Valencia region, two people affected by the laws and their homes just about to be knocked down!

By they did have a property expert on the show that did have one good thing to say about buying in Spain. He said that "prices in Spain are plummeting in Spain and in a long term investment sense, Spain is an attractive proposition for those who are looking to invest abroad..."

So not all doom and gloom!

I have lived and worked in Spain for most of my adult (?) life.
Looking back, over good times and bad, I would certainly do it all again.
Most people I know, and have know, feel the same and it really is a small minority who regret their "Spanish experience"
The problem is that good news simply does not sell newspapers.
