Good job, keep on posting. I've travelled to Spain before, I was surprised not only by its beautiful scenery but also by its booming real estate. So from then on, I've made up my mind to buy a property in Spain. It is said that Spain's property is very flourishing, nowadays, more and more foreigners have come to Spain for investing in real estate, such as canary island property and property for sale granada are cited examples, they are very suitable for living and investing. Moreover, we don’t have to worry about money, because we can easily get loans from banks. Whether we buy or invest in property or not, we can earn much more money the next year. I will purchase a house which is near beaches and convenient in transportation. Does anyone has some information about that? I’d like to hear your suggestions. Thanks.

I would suggest that you find your ideal location ,area before starting to look at properties .With a specific place in mind you will be able to look for the best deals .Buying just on price is a false economy if you wish to later resell ,and make lots of money .I do not think that making lots of money is that easy these days however it is a good time to buy with prices going down ,and the pound so high .Just remember .If you do not just love it ,jmaybe nobody else will when you come to sell .Good hunting

This is good advice from Mary. Buying because you want to live here is very different to buying just for investment. You need to find an area you love with all of the elements which will make you want to stay - when you are sure of that, then look for a house. Happy hunting!

Keep on posting. Lots of inmobiliarias you can search for in Spain. With a nice location and more convenient. Some near to the beaches. My dream place.
