i don't know whether its the right place to post this or not, but any how am planing to buy villa in Spain. Can anybody suggest me what all things i need to give important while selecting?

Spain is a big place!! The climate is different depending on what region you are in. Are you looking for beaches or rural? Are you retired? have a pension? Cost of living might be a very important factor, after you have decided on a place... is it for holidays? Rental?

you have a captive audience with so many estate agents registered on the forum.
Give everyone a chance to work on your behalf and tell us what your requirements are.

• number of bedrooms
• number of bathrooms
• views
• type of property (you mentioned you would like a villa).
• where?
• is this for a rental purposes or for you to live in permanently or perhaps a holiday home for you and rent out when you are not there.
• what budget do you have?
