If you have a website you no longer have a need for then please PM with site address and how much you want for it.

I don't want to pay more than 1000 Euros for any one site.

Is this a site you are selling? What do people get for their €800's?

I would not value this domain anywhere near €800 unless it had a premium name or unique content/traffic. The domain itself is only 189 days old.

You will have trouble selling any property website at the moment - believe me, I have sold a couple recently and if I was brave enough to sell them last year or before I would have doubled (one I took a quarter of the price that I was offered last year!) or even more what I have eventually sold them for.

Even though I have not taken a loss, I have lost out on what I had been offered in previous years on these domains. Especially with the market at the moment, the demand for sites has dropped, also - I get about 6 emails on average per week with the companies that are packing up offering me their domains and websites (most that are no good) but the old domains are still over priced.

Maybe holding on to it until things pick up might do your site a little more justice in terms of price, in my opinion you will not get 75K for it now at this current time.

Just an opinion, not fact!
