I was 65 in October and have a Spanish pension, so I will be retiring soon.
Don't worry though, Moraira-Homefinders will still be providing Property for sale in Moraira. I cannot afford to live on 600 Euros a month. Anyway, I still have a mortgage. I suppose I could always take up canoe-ing.

I have an urgent request. I am listed as the "the Forum BRAIN" but I never liked that.
Could Richie please change it to "the Former Brain" or "the ex-Forum BRAIN" - Please!

Have you seen my new title. I am the Moraira property specialist now. The good people of Moraira need me. And who would post all these useless threads on the Forum?
The problem is that I want my money. I have paid social security in Spain for 29 years which is definitely far more than the average Spanish national. I want my 600 Euros, even though it won't keep me in beer and vino tinto, and I'll do a "bit on the side" for the little luxuries (like food).

Tell you what Colin? Why don't you help me keep the wolf from the door by sending me all your Moraira clients for 1% - then Ed and Jenny can retire and get their 600 Euros as well.

I'm sure Ed and Jen would love to retire although the rate they're selling I don't think they would be too pleased at me sending you their clients

Richie: You are right! I cannot retire until I get the better of Google - and I am unlikely to do that, even if I keep going to 100 years of age!
