Hello colleagues.
This just to let you know, that since 2 weeks ago between a group of (for the moment) 14 agencies based in Fuengirola and Mijas, we have constituted a association of agencies. The main goal is to work on a kind of MLS system and get exclusive sales.
The difference with other MLS is that the exclusive sale is not for the listing agency, but the exclusive is for the asociation. This, in my modest opinion, is a strong tool and argument to convince clients. The commission will be shared 50/50 between the listing agent and the one supplying the buyer.
