For the Forum to be successful it has to be informative and help each of us in our daily lives and in particular with our work. We all may be in the same industry but for sure we all have our 'niche' which works for us. We must avoid posting purely for personal gain and try to 'add back' something which may help others. In this way the forum becomes more interesting and not just an extension to the 'Classified Ads' section of the local newspaper! Don't be afraid to share your ideas or experiences - if it works for you on the Blanca it may work for a colleague in CDS. In this way we can all become stronger as an industry. |
