Basically our clients have already made up their minds that they want to adquire a property in the Moraira area and nowhere else.
Obviously we have to keep an open mind about MLS but, for us, it is something new that has to settle down.
At the moment there are a bewildering number of MLS sites and I think that buyers are confused.
It could be like search engines were in the 1980's and just the big ones, who hang on in and get it right, will servive and prosper.
