I am thinking about starting a service for estate agents and other businesses in Spain, creating virtual tours, but have no idea what kind of demand for such a service may exist. Judging by the lack of replies on this thread, maybe not much?
As a guide, I anticipate that a one-off tour, to include up to 10 separate views of a property and possibly floor plans as well, would cost €300, and any repeat business would be €180 per tour.
I understand why some agents may be reluctant to spend extra money promoting an individual property, but for higher end properties, and rental properties in particular I think it is a great way to add a touch of class to your website presentation for a relatively small outlay, and without having to get involved in extra equipment / software.
Any thoughts and comments from the professionals here would be gratefully received!
