Most of the construction industry workers are not Spanish nationals or registered here either so that wont affect the spaniards, its time the government put a halt to building full stop until the real estate industry ha time and the demand to catch up dont you think?
I really cant understand why in coastal regions that they are still building when everyone knows that the sector needs a break, if the real estate industry falls flat on its ass it can only be the fault of the local town halls and the construction companies so there should be a stop called by the main Spanish government - except for areas like Madrid where there is still demand. |
