Welcome to the forum firstly....
Had a look at your site like I do with everyone, and was quite surprised! In a good way...
Other thing is that is is extremely busy and I didn´t know where to go! With all the info on the homepage it does take a while to load the whole site but with a few adjustments I am sure it will load quicker.
