Outsourcing is a great idea and I am sure it works, for both what you are talking about and for Real Estate, however the most important thing TRUST comes into play, which unfortunately in our side of the industry there is not much of due to the amount of Real estate agencies that rip you off.
They would rather cheat you out of a couple of grand than to have the repeat business that you would have passed them!
This is why we only work with a couple of close same agents that we hope we can trust. |
