You are obviously "over the moon" about Valencia (with good reason), have a lot of knowledge on the subject and are good at writing about it.
However, you are not doing yourself a lot of good as far as your Website is concerned.
You should think about writing an article, properly optimised, with links and anchor text linking to your site and publish it somewhere.
Then write about the article at SREF, with anchor text and links of course!
What would happen then is that Google and other SE's would latch on and index both your article and the SREF post - probably within 7 days.
This would give you 2 valuable incoming non-reciprocal links.
You could, of course, just write the article here but then that would only give you one link and not a lot of your clients read the SREF.
If you did it the way I suggested you would get two links. If the article was interesting, lots of people would read it and, hopefully, follow the link to your site.
You are currently No.5 for "valencia property" but you should be thinking about
Properties for Sale in Valencia etc. (Did you notice what happened there?)
